Whats included:

 👶🏻Post-natal or not, our Saturday morning core and pelvic floor programme is a must-have for every woman of any age

🥗 Weekly meal plans and cooking lessons from @people_wholovefood

🍿Calorie setting and protein tracking to make dieting life easy

🏋🏾If home workouts aren't your thing, we provide a detailed weekly gym-based strength training programme

🍋Tonnes of healthy, easily made recipes for those of us who have previously just used our fridges to keep the Prosecco cold
